Unfortunately with how property transactions take place within the UK, on occasions long chains on a subject to contract basis fall apart due to one party not being to proceed.

 

This unfortunately affects all vendors and purchasers within the chain. A quick sale through us may be able to keep the chain together and allow all the other parties to be able to proceed with the transaction.
