Stop Repossession

The treat of repossession is an unpleasant and daunting task for any homeowner but unfortunately, mortgages have the right, if repayments are not kept up to date of covenants within the agreement are broken, to take possession of the property by seeking a court order to enter the properties, remove its occupants and place the house on the open market.

More and more, the banks are turning to asset management companies to deal with this whole process and employing one or two agents to sell. These properties sometimes have to be secured, the central heating systems drained down and a number of other precautions made by the asset management company. This together with legal costs and management fees add to the borrower debt or take a larger chunk of your equity.

These costs can amount to £20,000 or £30,000 if the property requires shuttering etc and takes a long time to sell. If you sell to us there are no associated costs unlike many similar companies we do not have hidden costs for valuation etc and our services are truly free.
