Although most of the properties we buy we require vacant possession on, we are also keen to secure properties that have regulated tenants or are currently being squatted in and the vendor does not want to deal with the lengthy process of negations with a regulated tenant to gain vacant possession or the lengthy process of going to court to remove squatters.

 

Unfortunately we are seeing, especially in the London boroughs, more and more vacant properties being squatted in.
